Wildcat Bats Flatten Hump

An offensive explosion by the SFX Softball Wildcats powered the team past Camels' Hump Middle School on Monday, 16-8. Led by center fielder Kelly Turbo S. (4 for 4), third baseperson Sarah Firecracker L. (3 for 4), and pitcher Beth Wild Thing L. (3 for 4), the girls amassed 18 hits in the 7 inning game. Alicia Wheels M., Kayla Zip S., Lizzie B., Michelle Rocket B., Lena Chicken Little C., and Lauren G., all had hits for the Wildcats including doubles by Wheels and Lauren.

Wild Thing threw 11 strikeouts to pick up the complete game victory. The pitcher catcher combo of Wild Thing and catcher Chicken Little has been dubbed Wild Wings.
