Wildcats Come Up Short In Milton

The SFX Softball Wildcats came up just short of victory on Monday at Milton Middle School, losing 15-14. For the second time this year the two teams battled to a dramatic finish, the Wildcats' late game rally one run shy. Kelly Turbo S. went 2 for 3 at the plate including a first inning double and put on a base running show that was pure entertainment. Starting pitcher Lauren G. (1-1) was relieved by Beth Wild Thing L. (2-2) who pitched well but recorded the loss. Lauren also had a base hit in the 6 inning game.
